PitchWright ("we," "us") operates this website and related services. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use PitchWright.

- Content you submit: Text, files, or URLs you provide for analysis are processed to deliver the service.
- Technical data: We may collect IP address, user agent, and similar data for security, abuse prevention, and coarse usage metrics.
- Payments: Payments may be processed by Paddle; Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment-related data they handle.

We use information to operate and improve PitchWright, authenticate users, enforce limits and subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data may be stored on our infrastructure and with trusted subprocessors (e.g. hosting, database, AI providers as configured). Retention depends on the feature: some outputs may be stored so you can revisit them; we aim to retain only what is needed for the service and legal obligations.
