Terms of service

Last updated: May 6, 2026 · Operated by PitchWright

1. Agreement

By accessing or using PitchWright at our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

PitchWright provides software tools that analyze text you submit (e.g. pitch copy, decks) and produce scores, annotations, and optional AI-assisted suggestions. Features and limits may change; we will try to give reasonable notice for material changes to paid plans.

3. Accounts and eligibility

Where sign-in is required, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload our systems, no scraping or redistribution of our software or outputs at scale without permission, and no use that violates others' rights.

5. Intellectual property

PitchWright owns the service, branding, and underlying software. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." Outputs are informational and opinionated — not legal, financial, or investment advice. We do not guarantee accuracy or that any particular outcome will result from using PitchWright.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitchWright and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for operational reasons, with notice where practicable.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of PitchWright, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protections in your jurisdiction cannot be waived.
